Horizons is a consulting and engineering company whose main area of activity is servicing companies and projects in the scope of investments in Renewable Energy Sources from the initial stages of investment to putting them into operation.
The main area of activity is handling photovoltaic and wind energy projects. With excellent local knowledge and experience in both large and small scale projects, Horizons is the perfect partner for both large and small scale projects. In addition, the company has its own portfolio of projects under development and an extensive network of partner companies with which it can handle a large number of projects.
Horizons is also a partner for companies from outside the RES sector that plan to carry out investments in this area. Thanks to the team's experience and understanding of the specificity of investment processes Horizons' offer may be a comprehensive solution for companies which do not plan to create a dedicated structure to carry out investments.
History
Horizons was founded in 2016 by Michal Prazynski, who still serves as CEO.
At the beginning of its activity, the company dealt with consulting projects for selected projects, mainly for industrial clients. Since 2018, the company has become involved in the fast-growing onshore photovoltaic and wind energy market and has set up development, consulting and engineering structures to support customers' investment processes.
The Horizons team has extensive experience in developing RES projects in Poland, and we have also been active in other European markets for several years. We currently have offices located in Poland, Germany and Spain.

Michał Prażyński
Founder / President of the Board
He has over 20 years of experience in the renewable energy market, which he gained while working for the largest Polish and foreign companies in the energy sector.
In his professional career he has implemented large investment and restructuring programmes.
He has an extensive knowledge of investment cycles from start-up to operation with a particular focus on wind and photovoltaic energy.
Master of Environmental Engineering at Gdansk University of Technology and MBA at Helsinki School of Economics.

With more than 25 years of experience in project management, he has been involved in the RES industry since 2016. As Head of Horizons in Germany he manages further development of the company in European markets.
